* Shipping & Delivery

Usually, we take 3 days on process & ship out the on line orders. For regular ground shipping should take one to two weeks delivery to locations within the continental United States. ( To east coast would take 7-8 working days, To west coast would take 3-4 working days, To middle of continental would take 5-6working days).

We do not ship toAlaska/Hawaii, US Protectorates, APO/FPO, Africa, Europe, Asia, Oceania, Middle East, Southeast Asia, Central America and Caribbean, North America, South America, PO Box.

 

* Damaged Shipment Policy

All products are shipped 100% insured.

You will not be responsible for any fees on products that are damaged during shipping.

DO NOT DISCARD BOX. Our shipping company requires original box, with original packing material. Throwing away, or cutting up the box will void shipping insurance.

All damaged products are subject to a thorough inspection by shipping company and us.

Damaged shipment must be reported within 7 days of receiving the order. No Exceptions.

Any plastic or outer parts are damaged only during the shipping (when you receive it ), could report & ask replacement such part from us.

 

* Limited Warranties

We provides a one-year limited warranty for our products. All products covered by this limited warranty which are used in commercial applications are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for 90 days from the date of original purchase. During warranty period, we will repair or replace any part that, upon examination by us, is found to be defective under normal use and service. Starting batteries are not warranted by us. All transportation cost under warranty including return to the factory if necessary, are to be prepaid by the purchaser. All decisions of us with regard to this limited warranty shall be final.

 

* This warranty does not cover:

  1. Merchandise sold as reconditioned, used as rental equipment, or floor or display models.

  2. Merchandise that has become damaged or inoperative because of ordinary wear, misuse, cold, heat, rain, excessive humidity, freeze damage, use of improper chemicals, negligence, accident, over loading, over speeding, improper maintenance, the use of accessories or attachments not recommended by us, or unauthorized repair or alterations.

  3. Expendable parts or accessories supplied with the product which are expected to become inoperative or unusable after a reasonable period of use.

  4. Any incidental, indirect or consequential loss, damage, or expense that may result from any defects,  failure or malfunction of the products is not covered by this warranty.

This warranty will not apply to service at any other facility. At the time of requesting warranty service, evidence of original purchase date must be presented.

 

* Return & Refund Policy

You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options).

We reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.

We do not accept any return merchandise without RMA# or shipped out over one month from B/L date.

We provides you the cost prices from our factory, quality products & on time delivery… We pass on any savings we have directly to you, our customer with that in mind:

Return must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product. No Exceptions.

Products return must be in new & resalable condition. They will be inspected upon receipt.

Shipping Charges Are Non-Refundable. This includes shipping to customer & back to our warehouse. Any order with free shipping will be assessed standard shipping charges.

10% restocking will be applied. Refund will be made after merchandise is returned back to us and after inspection.
